By placing an order at www.designsbylucy.co.uk you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms & conditions
- Prices quoted are retail. designsbylucy reserves the right to change the prices of the products within the website at any time without notice.
- Prices are quoted in (£) Pound Sterling and are excluding delivery. All orders will be subject to a delivery charge. Payment must be made in full before orders can be despatched. Goods remain the property of designsbylucy until payment is received in full. We accept cheques (payable to designsbylucy), cash (when delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery only) and most major credit/debit cards. Online payments are handled securely by paypal.
- A standard charge of £4.50 will be added to orders, which covers packaging and postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK. For non UK shipments, please contact us for a delivery price.
- All jewellery ordered from the website is gift wrapped in designsbylucy packaging and ready to give as a present. Every effort is made to despatch your order as quickly as possible, and generally delivery is a within a week, subject to stock availability.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund the goods if returned unworn within 14 days. Please ensure the goods are returned with adequate insurance. designsbylucy is not responsible for any loss or damage through transit.
- Some pieces are available with alternative combinations of gemstones and with various chain lengths. Please enquire for details.
