About Lucy

Lucy graduated with an HND in jewellery design and manufacturing from North Glasgow College in 2000 and established her business designsbylucy in 2001. Initially a web based business Lucy opened her first shop in 2003 showcasing her work and that of other designers. Having relocated to a larger shop in 2007 designsbylucy has a wider range of jewellery and accessories than ever.

All of Lucy’s jewellery is designed and handmade by herself from her workshop in Gourock. Her work is predominately silver, enhanced with colourful gemstones and freshwater pearls. Lucy also makes a range of one off jewellery which will be available to purchase from the website from time to time.
